Foundation House at Northgate (FHN) is a non-profit company that has been providing assisted living and independent living services since 1997. However, due to financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, FHN has announced that it will be closing its doors. The closure will take place on September 30, 2021 for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021 for independent living facilities. FHN is committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of its residents and will be working closely with them and their families to ensure a smooth transition to alternative living arrangements.
